objectives:

The objects of the Foundation are to:

a. Establish projects, organize charity and fundraising events, launch campaigns, and recruit sponsors and volunteers to promote the welfare and health of animals.

b. Improve the living conditions of neglected and abused animals, and work to protect them.

c. Arrange housing and facilitate the international adoption of animals from Azerbaijan to the Netherlands and other European countries.

d. Provide educational materials to raise awareness about the importance of protecting animals and promoting their well-being. This will include informing institutions, organizations, and the public about the Foundation’s activities and the necessity behind them.

e. Undertake any other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned goals or contribute to their realization in the broadest sense possible.

Net proceeds from fundraising accrue to the Foundation for the benefit of (further) promotion of the welfare and health of animals.
The Foundation does not pursue profit with its public benefit activities.

Board of Directors:

The Foundation’s income will consist of contributions from sponsors, participants in fundraising events, subsidies, donations, inheritances, legacies, and other forms of financial support. Inheritances will only be accepted with the benefit of inventory.
The Foundation’s expenses will cover services and activities provided by third parties that contribute to the Foundation’s objectives.

All positions within the Foundation are unpaid and voluntary. No employees are hired by the Foundation. Board members may receive reimbursements for any expenses incurred in the performance of their duties, but no remuneration beyond that.
